Today i’m going to show you my five favorites to “DETOX”


1) Water, your body need 75% of water so you should fully hydrate. Lemons are pack full of vitamin C to help the body work up toxin. Adding lemon to water is a perfect way to help the body renovate.

Mint is fresh, it has anti-flammatory properties to help cleans and suit the body inside and out.

Together these ingredient make the perfect detoxifying drink.

2) The other ways to detox is you need to eat lot of fibre inclusive of brown rice and organically-grown fresh fruits and vegetables. Beets, radishes, artichokes, cabbage, broccoli, spirulina, chlorella, and seaweed are tremendous detoxifying meals.

3) Vitamin C is one the most thing that body should receive , it helps the body to produce glutathione and also a liver compound that drives away toxins.

4) Drink at least 8 cup of water each day.
